  It's a huge hotel with many restaurants. But it is beautiful. I had a lovely room, big enough to hold a dance in, and the bathroom was a dream. I stayed in the Towers extension and would highly recommend it. The half board package was great. And there was even tea and coffede making in the room, pretty rare in Egypt.The hotel is very close to Cair... o que as pessoas dizem » o airport and even though you have to contend with Cairo's terrible traffic if you want to go to town, the taxi fare is very cheap. I would stay there - The staff was very helpful and friendly. The bars with life music offer good distraction. The restaurants offer good food. The hotel is close to the airport and they offer a shuttle bus. They will come and pick you up at the airport and arrange your visa.

  There was an issue with the card room key system when I arrived - the staff was quick to provide a solution. Everyone at the hotel was friendly and helpful. - I was amazed at number of good restaurants and variety under one roof. Each restaurant had its own beautiful ambience, decor, lighting, and excellent food.

  The staff is terrific. The pool area is nice. we had a junior suite with two rooms and two balconies overlooking the Nile. I highly recommend upgrading to a suite if you can afford it.   The Hilton Ramses staff were friendly welcoming and helpful. Great location near the river Nile. The Hotel is very close to the famous Cairo Museum too and you must visit. Our room was very clean and comfortable and had everything needed for an overnight stay. Variety of food for breakfast was great. In fact more violence erupted there only 2 days after I left. However the staff did not let this affect their professional & efficient performance.   fiquei apenas uma noite, logo que acordamos solicitamos nossa saida, não tem nada a haver com o anunciado , so a fachada do hotel é razoavel, o quarto e horrivel e sujo, o banheiro horrorozo e imundo, não da para ficar neste hotel, fiquei só uma noite porque não tinha outra escolha pois cheguei no egito 3hs da manha, e para não ter que pagar a diar... o que as pessoas dizem » ia pois não dava mais para cancelar naquele moment - the staffs were friendly - hotal staff are frendly and hellpful , i like the hotel too much becouse of the good and hellpful staff
