  The staff were extremely friendly and accomodating. We have stayed before and always enjoyed the hotel and the location. This time we were given an apartment with a balcony overlooking the marina which was truly relaxing.   Staff were very friendly and most helpful - Great location and lovely staff. Hotel itself is very dated and corridors reminded me of the titanic!. Rooms were nice although walls were paper thin so you could hear everything next door.
