  I liked the way the staff was available 24 hours and were extremely polite and very helpful. The location is pretty good as its near many bus stands and the metro station - The staff were really wonderful, very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was really nice too.

  Definitely get a room facing the courtyard as its much quieter than facing the rails. Rooms were adequate, and it was about 400m away from Central Station. Tivoli Gardens is just a little further only. This is a well-presented 3 star tourist hotel that is a perfect base for a city trip. Excellent location for the city centre, only 5 minutes walk to City Hall Square. Metro from the airport stops at Norreport and it's a 15 minute walk to the hotel.
