Staff were friendly and very helpful, i especially appreciated the birthday wish and chocolate left in my room for my daughter's birthday. The location is great, only a minute away from Charles Bridge, but situated in a quite place, away from the crowds and noise. The family suite was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

Just about everything. The hotel seemed to 'fit' with our experience of Prague itself. The room was large, with a beautiful, oval window through which we could watch the bustle of the railway station and highway above it. Staff members were very helpful, we looked forward to the breakfast each morning and the hotel was in a good position, close to trams and within walking distance of many spots.

I'm very fussy and we were travelling in a group of 8. All of us could just praise the hotel. The location was fantastic, very close to the old town square which was beautiful at Christmas. The room was very generous with everything you would need (luxury superior room). We also requested a bath on booking and this wasn't a problem.

within minutes walking distance of all Prague's main attractions.
The staff are friendly and helpful.
The rooms are excellent and the breakfasts and evening meals very good.
I have stayed here twice now and have recommended it to others who have holidayed here as well.
