Situated in a great location, central to all the major attractions and in a quiet street.
Very comfortable apartment style residence. Breakfast was included as was wifi. The staff were fantastic, spoke English and assisted in a friendly and professional manner. A thoroughly enjoyed stay, thank you, I think we will go back and stay there. -

Walking distance to most of the touristic spots and at the same time quiet and cozy. We had a last floor room with huge balcony overseeing the whole city - specifically castle and clocktower.

Localização - We had an excellent comfortable stay at the Hotel U Kocku, the staff were very welcoming, perfessional and friendly. Our room was first class it was a lovely big room and very comfortable. The breakfast was of a very good standard one of the best we have had outside of England, there was a very good selection of hot and cold food.

Recently renovated Apt bldg with beautiful rooms and spectacular views of the city rooftops and steeples. Like something out of a storybook! 5 min walk to Charles Bridge. Hotel staff was awesome and the woman that we dealt was charming and wonderful, she really made us feel at home. Good breakfast. A 4 star hotel in the loveliest part of Prague!

I loved the location of the property in the heart of downtown Prague. The free wifi in my room was the fastest Ive ever experienced anywhere. (download 21mbs) amazing. The staff were so friendly and Lucas the Manager was extremely helpful and friendly. He can organize a cheaper Taxi to and from the airport and even helped with luggage down to the Taxi. localização - We really loved this hotel. The staff was wonderful! Compared to other hotels in Europe, it was a great value! We paid for a room with a view and boy did we have a view. We were dead even with the clock tower! It was great!!! And we did NOT wake up at all through the night due to noise. The temp of the room was very comfortable

Everything! First class service from the moment we got picked up from the airport to when we left. The apartments are gorgeous and they are in an excellent location if you want to see the main sites like Charles Bridge, the Castle n the main square. The apartments are very clean, spacious n they have everything you need (they even provided washing powder) I couldn't believe the standard of the place for the money we paid it was outstanding n the people who work there are lovely. We got to the hotel around 23:30 and it was closed, but we phoned the number that was written on the door and someone came in 5 minutes and helped us around. He was very nice and helpful.
Besides that, the hotel is very clean and cozy, breakfast was good and it is very close to a tram station that can take you to the city center and all of it's attractions.
