  Excellent staff and service from the moment we arrived and they arranged to check us in early. Throughout our stay, they have been friendly and informative during our time in Prague. Room was clean and comfortable which made for an enjoyable stay at the hotel.   Probably the most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept in. Also the heaviest room door! Room has everything you need and as place is new, everything is in good condition. Good price for a just-off-centre location and good for transport links. Bit of an (out of centre) view from my 7th floor room.
