- Great location, close to Old Town, shops and restaurants - Very nice welcoming from staff (especially Michael!), 24h reception desk - Good breakfast - Rooms are quite big, they are cleaned when you leave the hotel (no matter it is 9am or 6pm) - Toilets are shared with only one or two rooms so it's not really an inconvenient not to have them in the room. > The jacuzzi in the room > Friendly staff > Very clean > Good breakfast > Good location, 20 minutes walking from the old town. Tram stop is just out of the door and metro stop is 5 mins walking.

The breakfast there is really good, and the stuff there are really friendly. Most importantly, it is much cheaper than most of the accommodation I experienced in Europe. It was very clean and the staff was awesome. Breakfast was large, wifi worked ok in lobby. Bathrooms were clean. No noises in the room facing yard. Very friendly staff and great location. I particularly liked the bath and shower in my room. Very unusual. I would definitely stay here again. Warm and comfortable room. Location is not bad. Good breakfast. If you do not spend time in hotel rooms and just going for sleeping and to take a shower, it is one of the best price hotel. The hotel is situated in a great location, close to the main attraction of the city. Hearty breakfast. The only negative point is the noise of the elevator. The staff is really helpful and nice, and they are saving the day for this business, the rooms are quiet and spacious. The receptionist was "awesome" (Friendly, helpful, caring) The location is very good. Breakfast is amazing. - No wifi in some rooms... To connect you have to go out of your room and stay in the common part. > The public parking offerd by the hotel is not safe and very narrow > A bit noisy if you get a room in front of the main street. no tv in the room. The location is a bit far from the city centre, but it will be no problem if you may enjoy the 15-minute walk to the St Charles Bridge. Wifi in the room was only available if the phone was already connected to wifi coming back from lobby, otherwise it could not search for the signal, it was way to weak and most of the time didnt work in the bedroom. Wifi only available in ground floor. Cobwebs in the ceiling. Downstairs is a club and in weekends it's noisy during the night - but weekdays it's silent. Access to the hotel was difficult (a bell) and the carpark was very small and difficult to negotiate. jacuzzi in a room without any curtain hahaha. no toilets in the rooms. There is a shower place inside the room, but the toilets are out of the room. Shared toilets! Rooms are not big and 2 chair and one coffee table are in the room which makes the room useless. There are unnecessary couches in the corridors! I think one of the most stupid elevators in this hotel.You have to push the button while you are travelling or calling the elevator! and there is no stairs in the hotel! Emergency stairs are blocked by useless stupid couches on corridors. I got stuck in the elevator in the morning, the breakfast as disappointing in quality, and there was no private external toilet for my room, in spite of what was said in the room description, but just a toilet in the corridor, and it was an uncomfortable one. Hate sharing a toilet. No stair access, had to use a primative lift to first floor. We were promised to have a plazma TV in our room - there wasn´t any. We were also promised to have a fridge in the room - it was on the corridor, outside our room and my things got stolen from it during the night. Check-in starts at 1 pm but our room got ready at 1.30 pm. Near is the bar with music all night, you can't sleep. We stayed in the Room number 1 which had a "Elevator Engine" inside the room! Obviously, we couldn't sleep the whole night because of the noise (That was unacceptable!) But when I compaint about the noise, the receptionist presented me a bottle of great sparkling wine! Toilets are shared, and the main toiled was stuck, that was very messy...
