  We liked most the architecture, the subtle contemporary and not overwhelming design (hotel and junior suite room) in an old building with a lot of character suiting well the city. Very elegant refurbishment for this hotel (4 stars+ type) that just opened in Dec08.   localização - We really loved this hotel. The staff was wonderful! Compared to other hotels in Europe, it was a great value! We paid for a room with a view and boy did we have a view. We were dead even with the clock tower! It was great!!! And we did NOT wake up at all through the night due to noise. The temp of the room was very comfortable... o que as pessoas dizem » . It was a wonderful experience. The staff was very helpful. - The staff were efficient, the room was beautiful. The view: spectacular! I highly reccomend! I booked this hotel on account of it's location in the old city centre and was surprized to find the hotel as admirable as the city itself, adding to our overall experience.   We spent 3 days in Prague last weekend. Location was excellent, next to Old Town Sq.(magical at night, Christmas tree and market stalls) and Charles Bridge. Huge apartment. Great Kitchen had every modern gadget including coffee machine and microwave, although we didn't use much as we out touring Prague from 9-9pm. Very close by to a Hard Rock cafe. Tesco is - Everything! First class service from the moment we got picked up from the airport to when we left. The apartments are gorgeous and they are in an excellent location if you want to see the main sites like Charles Bridge, the Castle n the main square. The apartments are very clean, spacious n they have everything you need (they even provided washing powder) I couldn't believe the standard of the place for the money we paid it was outstanding n the people who work there are lovely.   My wife & I were pleasantly surprised at this small boutique hotel. It is located right in the middle of Prague's Old Town and close to Charles Bridge. All major attractions are within an easy walk (even for a pair of middle aged people). There are great restaurants right on the doorstep or again an easy walk to the square. Shopping is great! ... o que as pessoas dizem » The room was spacious and as we were meeting our daughter in Prague - it provided privacy in a Family Suite. We would highly recommend the Aurus Hotel - The staff made Aurus. The girl on reception while we were there (Marina I think, 10th to 12th May) was absolutely brilliant. She was so helpful and seemed happy to help. It was a pleasure to deal with her. She deserves a big bonus as we'd recommend Aurus based on her welcoming and helpful nature! :) There was a little cleaning lady also who seemed very happy and nice.

  The hotel staff is extremely friendly and helpful. It is located on a quiet street at the west end of the Charles Bridge with a park on the other end opposite the bridge. As other people posted, the location within the city could not be better. It is a 30 sec walk to the bridge and the location felt very safe and secure. The hotel itself is nice and the rooms are very clea - Staff welcomed us at 1:20am after late flight and helped us settle in with warm drinks and extra blankets. We also had a super room for the 4 of us in eaves. Location was also great, just next to Charles Bridge, but still quiet.
