The friendly staff who is really professional and service oriented. Facilities are good and it has all you need, including a clean and operational kitchen and washing machine. the apartment is really amazingly designed and well-maintained, contains all the things you need. It is elegant, cozy and clean. The location is perfect, just next to the Wallenstein Garden, one of my favorite in Prague. Also the owner is very nice, explaining me all the attractions in Prague and his personal recommendation. Will definitely choose it again for the next time.

We stayed at the hotel during November 17-22, for 5 nights. The hotel itself is amazingly located at the heart of the old town, yet in a quiet street. The hotel location is wonderful, every important sites are within walking distance, but in quiet area: only 5 mins to Charles bridge, 8 mins to metro, 5 mins to old town square, it is so convenient; breakfast is good; the staffs are so nice and helpful, they helped me to lift my luggage to my room; bed is very comfortable; and they also give me couple for money exchange and good recommendation for local restaurant; I also cancel another hotel and stay in this hotel during my trip back to Prague

The hotel's location was great, with a walking distance to places of interest in every direction. Staff was helpful, we got e.g. extra blankets when asked. Room was very tidy and cleaned daily. 1. the appartment really looked like in the pictures.
2. the communication with the appartment staff was uncomplicated. The staff was very helpful and it was no problem to arrive late at night.
3. it was no problem to leave the car in the private parking space even after check-out (for some sightseeing).
