We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at hotel Promenada. The rooms were very clean, the staff were very friendly and always willing to help, the hotel restaurant had delicious food and great service. This hotel is located right across the street from the main springs buidling, and on the main city street, a few yards walk to many restaurants, shops and other city attractions. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to get the most from their Karlovy Vary experience.

VERY good service and quality of food in the restaurant, nice SPA facilities, very friendly and professional staff. Beautiful location of the hotel, straight at the lake with the forest and lake views. Suite views are fantastic, bathroom is sooo spacious and cosy!
