Although there was nothing 10/10, the average grades the hotel obtains in my opinion makes going over there a very highly recommended option. A combination of everything well-thought and nothing wrong would make me recommend this hotel to anyone.
The room was clean and modern, the staff was excellent. We had a very
early flight and one member was at the desk with a bag lunch when we

Superb location inside palace walls. Beautiful modern design. Spacious, quiet, air-conditioned room. Very good breakfast.

An oasis of quiet and calm in the middle of noisy, packed, touristy Split.
Comfortable room and good bathroom.
The closeness to the centre and the excellent state of the building. The friendliness of the staff who were excellent.

It is a little bit hidden and difficult to find (although they were kind enough to leave the reception and guide us), and the breakfast could be improved.
Slight whiff of drains in the morning. No tea/ coffee making facility.

nobody warned us there were so many stairs to climb,the bathroom was small although well equipped, there was little room to move or hang something.The television was not set for any BBC or CNN,there was no permanent staff at reception.
