We stayed at Villa Luppo for a couple of days in August 2013. I can only wish we had more time! Our family had a terrific time. Katia and Ivo are great hosts! Welcoming, very attentive to our needs, always ready to help. We arrived late, it was already dark, they met us nearby and directed us to the apartment. The guy is extremely nice (had some beer, milk and water for us free of charge), ave us a ride to the center, lended us his computer, etc. Totally recommendable for someone who has a car or walking is not a problem cause center of town is quite far. Very clean, modern and well-kept apartment, with friendly hosts, who shall welcome you with a fresh fish dinner. Brsec village is a tiny, cozy village. The car is a must; once you have it Brsec is a good starting point to explore the coast, islands and interior of Istria.

The owner was indeed oustandingly friendly and kind, as well as forgiving with our noise and general nuisance. The building is very nicely take care of, with simple but clean and spacious apartments, having whatever you need for a few days' stay (cutlery, (shot) glasses, cork openner etc). The view from the terraces is decently nice, with a high-level panoramic overview of Rabac's golf.

The staff is kind, helpful and efficient. The rooms are clean and spacious. The bathroom has a bathtub for soaking.

bedroom suite, which was very spacious and comfortable. The included
breakfast was diverse, and the kitchen was more than happy to prepare
scrambled eggs, bacon, and sausage upon request. For those with a car,
the location is perfect - we explored the entire Istrian peninsula as
well as parts of Slovenia.

First the site. A beautiful small fishing harbour surrounded by hills covered with woods and topped by the old town of Labin. The water is crystal clear and it is easy to travel by boat to the Istrian islands like Cres. If you are lucky and we were twice, you can meet packs or families of dolphins in the srait between Cres and the mainland.
