The location is perfect, just around the corner of the city center but without the noise and crowds. The rooms are brand new, well sized, very nice interior, good size bathroom, huge bed, proper airco. The best however is the extremeley nice girl who welcomed us. She knows all the places to go and highlightes them on a map for you. Can always have a good conversation with her. If in Pula, stay here!

Great place, as close as you can get to the park/nature preserve. Very comfortable rooms and run by a lovely couple who can help you make the most of your trip, with recommendations for beaches, restaurants, and nearby adventures. She anticipated and met our every need, from making sure we each had a hotel-provided umbrella (if needed) when we left the hotel, to providing freshly-cooked eggs on the morning of our departure. The guest house was, in relation to other accommodation in Opatija, very good price/quality ratio. Everything was very clean and new. Very convenient to have parking facility. The location was a bit tricky to find and one should be aware it is not right in Opatija.
We were looking for an overnight stop on our way south along the coast so it was the perfect stopover. Whilst Optaija is a glorious old Austro Hungarian style resort it is not, (in my opinion only ), a place for a longer stay.
