Absolutely everything!The rooms are beautiful,spacious.Gardens are so well kept.Staff are amazing & we had so much fun with Josko & his wife,he cooked us an amazing dinner & shared some lovely Rukija(honey brandy) with us. For young & old as my mom and her friend loved it too.We're in our late 20's and 30's. Close to the prettiest & biggest waterfall. Stunning value for money and beauty!!!

The owner is incredibly hospitable. We've never had better service at any place we've stayed. They helped carry our luggage in, brought us beverages, catered to our two young children, gave us great directions for hiking to the waterfall (it's in the perfect location!!). We(couple) stayed at the studio which is well equipped. Miro and his
family are very nice, he guided us well about the area and routes of
plitvice. We really like the dinner(extra payment) especially the
risotto - better than restaurant.
The place is very close to the P3 parking so you can walk there or park your car free(in entrance 2 the parking is 7 kuna/h) near the area of P3 and start the route early to avoid the crowded hours.

Very friendly welcome from Aida and 'Violet' (English translation of her name). Lovely apartment with country views.Superb breakfast with the offer of more bread, ham, cheese etc to make sandwiches for lunch!
Delicious evening meals. We had to opt out on the 3rd evening as we couldn't manage to eat it all!! Good location on the far side of the Plitvice lakes away from most of the tourist accommodation so we could stroll down to the park entrance and catch the boat, leaving the car at the guesth

I really couldn't imagine staying anywhere else, for a visit to this part of Croatia. I hope they keep up with the positive trend and once it is all finished, it will be even more special. The rooms are very charming and cosy and the decor is excellent. The bathrooms are very nice and modern but still very rustic.

What an interesting place - great, cabin-like rooms, very clean and well-appointed. But the grounds and facilities - amazing! A swimming pool, ping pong table, ropes / adventure course, archery, and a mini-zoo. Our younger son enjoyed a pony ride, and our whole family enjoyed the facilities! Newly opened Lodge with a lovely family atmosphere. The owner Ivan and his mother are doing everything as they find their feet after just opening - give them a bit of time to get over little teething problems and I'm sure that they will have a thriving business. The location is PERFECT and a stones throw from the lakes. They don't serve food, but dinner was only a short walk to another lodge for a beautiful meal. What a great place! We were greeted with homemade plum brandy and juice when we arrived. Our room was clean and comfortable...very interesting that they heat the water with a fire. I was very satisfied with this accomodation. Good location within walking distance from the national park entrance #1 (though on a dangerous roadside without pedestrian path), the house looked nice, tidy, with familiar atmosphere, comfortable (except the bathroom) and well equipped. Big terrace, easy access, some care of details. Would go there again!

Such a warm welcome from the owner, who did absolutely everything to make us feel at home.
The house is very clean, and the rooms are very convenient, so is the big bathroom.
Breakfast is a good value and a great start for a day at Plitvice NP, which is located 5 minutes from the guesthouse.
Excellent value for money!
