The apartment was spotless and very comfortable and a god size. The
location is fantastic only 10 metres from the lagoon. The terrace
overlooking the harbour was great to sit and stare.

Very friendly staff, trying to accommodate all your needs. Very clean,
good conditions and excellent value for money. Simple but modern
furniture. Futuristic bathroom equipment and includes a hairdryer.

villa. A great place to stay in your vacation - I did not check the

visit to the Plitvice Lakes. -
The owner was very helpful, friendly, accommodating and nice. He made sure our stay was good and he sent us to the airport at a fairly decent price. The accommodation was very near to the beach, making it very convenient as a place to stay on our last night in Croatia. Facilities provided were a good value for money - we had a terrace, kitchen and decent ensuite bathroom at a good price.

We had pleasure to stay in the in the brand new, the best located and
the most luxury apartment in the area. Stunning views from every single
window guaranteed! The owners are pretty nice and helpful on every
single step. We stayed there the last day of our holiday and we had some
concerns if we would back to Croatia in the future... But that day
turned round everything and definitely changed our mind - we would love
to come back – particularly to Lalic’s apartment!!! We can strongly
recommend

Very good hotel, nicely situated on the sea shore on the nice peninsula of Sukosan, nice terrasse, beautiful trees and flowers and very very friendly staff. Kind flexible and helpful staff.
Zelena Punta has own restaurant and pizzeria, but there's a ot of catering at Kukljica are about 10-15 min. walk.

buy. She had everything needed to cook. Gave us a late check-in and late
check out! She stayed up late for us and wasn't a pesky host. She

Měli jsme pokoj v suterénu. Nejdříve jsme si říkali, že to tedy není nic moc, ale nakonec to byl jeden z nejlepších pokojů. Dostatečně prostorný pro 4 osoby (před roztažením gauče), nebylo tam vedro (na rozdíl od jiných pokojů, kam pražilo slunce) a dalo se chodit venkem (před francouzským oknem byla zahrada). Jinak designově velmi pěkný, vybavený (nemusíte mít ani utěrky, jar, ručníky, povlečení, mýdlo...) a velmi ochotná majitelka. Cokoli jsme potřebovali, vyšla vstříct. K moři cca 900 m. Pok

On our arrival we were greeted by the host who was very friendly and informative. As we arrived a bit late she advised of a restaurant near by that we could have a meal from, which was fair priced and average. The rooms are clean and simple, there is a bakery just next door which sells nice pastries. There is enough room for parking and a garden with a pool which is heated.
Overall, a nice clean place to stay with a friendly and helpful host.

Nice apartment, comfortable, kitchen well equipped. Family were very friendly and helpful - despite initial language barrier! Good location close to the beach and close to the small town/fishing village/marina. Close also to the airport at Zadar for us to catch an early morning flight.
