  Zdenka was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was very clean if minimally furnished, but then, you aren't there to spend time in the room. The location was also very good, though you do have to walk up and down the hill to get to and from town, but it's not overly difficult if you do not have any physical restrictions. Apartments are very close to Cavtat (3min walk to beach) and bus to Dubrivnik leaves from the main road.
