We traveled from Ireland and stayed in a few places in Croatia, We liked the owner and his wife made this stay for us. They were so friendly and helpful. We liked that the owner took 5minutes out of his day and brought us in his car to show us Cavtat / where to eat / how to get to A/B/C We liked the free WiFi to talk to family at home. todos opiniões » We recently stayed at Apartment Sutalo for our honeymoon. It is a stylish, clean and very comfortable studio apartment with a stunning view of the sea. The area was quiet and peaceful but it was only a 10 minute walk into the beautiful and busy port town of Cavtat (where you can get a 40 minute boat trip to Dubrovnik for the day). It is a few minutes from a grocery shop so we could stock up on food to cook. The owner of the apartment went out of her way to make us feel welcome. She had prepared. The hosts Pero and Natasa were exceptional - very hospitable and friendly.We rented the comfort apartment at the top of the building - very clean and spacious with lovely sun terrace and views.Pero took us round Cavtat to get our bearings and show us best restaurants and beaches etc.Location was quiet and handy for the supermarket and bus stop.Nice walk down to beach but steep climb back.Older visitors might like to use bus or taxi but for us it wasnt a problem. There were chocolates and homema. Outstanding. The welcome from Pero and Natasha was the best we have ever experienced! The tour of Cavtat in Pero's car as soon as we arrived was invaluable. New ,clean appartment with all the modern facilities you would need. Magnificent view of the sunset from our balcony. Nice walk down the hill to the many restaurants along Cavtat's picturesque old town harbour. Great nights craic with our hosts drinking wine from the family vineyard and eating home grown fruit. Our flight back to Dublin was. The hosts, Pero and Nataša, are hospitable and very friendly. Apartments are very clean and spacious. Location is quiet, supermarket is few steps away... Nice place to spend your vacation. Recomend!!!. Wonderful hosts - very accommodating and helpful. Arranged early morning taxi - 5:30 am and were up to see us off. Would stay again if the opportunity presents itself. Leaving. We loved everything about our time in Cavtat but are conscious that people with mobility problems may struggle with the steep walk in and out of the town, and the steps up to the apartment itself. The location may not be suitable for people who want to go out partying a lot as the immediate area is quite quiet. Nothing but an extra pillow would have been nice and a toaster - we Brits like our tea and toast in a morning!. Leaving. Nothing though it would be great if they could include a hair dryer in the unit.
