Very nice hotel. I give it 5 stars all around. It seems like one of the more "Chinese" hotels because some of the staff didnt speak much english. There were more locals staying there too. Needless to say I never had a problem communicating what I needed. Great for business travelers. There is a desk in the room with all the supplies you would need

As an English speaking traveller, with no Chinese, I found that I was well catered for. They had a Russian girl Julia and a young Frenchman Alex to look after the foreign visitors. Both were very helpful and had good English skills amongst other languages. Location was excellent for railways and shopping

I stayed at this hotel last year and the management was horrible. I had to stay there again this year because of the hotel location. They have new management and they are great! I was very pleased and hope they keep up the good work. I will be staying there again next year, IA. -

The hotel was beautifully presented, very clean and the staff were extremely friendly and accomodating. Of the 3 hotels we have stayed in during our trip, this was by far our standout favorite. The hotel's location is very central, in a good area of the city and
attached to a nice shopping mall. The bed was very nice and comfortable.
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. -

In general the location and the ability to do business from the hotel. A good all round venue - This is a fairly new 5 star Hotel in Shenzhen China. It is very comfortable and is just off the expressway to the airport. Very weel situated for the busines traveller.
