I loved the size of the room. 52sq. Meters. The bed was huge, which was great for us as the whole family fitted in. Sherpa's deliver there. A big plus for us as we can't go out with the children to eat in the evening. Their own restaurant was being renovated so breakfast was served in the adjoining cafe. can't be any better - everything walking distance or short
inexpensive taxi ride. Lot's of old Shanghai nearby to explore by

Location of the One Apartment only minutes walk from all main shopping. Easy walk to Metro station on Nanjing Rd (W). Overall standard very high of the apartment we were assigned, flexibility of the small kitchen gave us everything we were looking for. We would recommend to anyone. -

Had a wonderful stay at the Ascott Shanghai. The location is perfect, easy access to lots of the shopping spots and subway station is just a few mins walk. The staff is really helpful and sincere. Everything is just great, def value for the money! -

The staff was very friendly. The room has all the confort. Nice bed, TV, internet (very slow at night), they wash your clothes for free! The neighborhood is also very nice good restaurants around, conveniently located near the subway.

Excellent on all counts. Staff, rooms, gym, comfort, location...everything is perfect. The ladies at the front desk are really nice. I was pleasantly surprised to find that my room was larger than advertised. The view of the city was wonderful. I felt safe and protected in the building, never seen so many cameras in any building before. The internet was really fast and reliable the entire time I was there.
I will definitely come back there again when I am in Shanghai. 10/10

Hotel staff are sociable. Half of them know basic english. This is very comfortable. Girls on reception are very friendly and are ready to help to resolve any problem. - The room was comfortable, easy access to Subway #2.
