  The staff were incredibly polite and the service was impeccable. They were also very helpful in providing us with "local knowledge" of where to go have fun, have good food etc etc. The room itself was huge. Impeccably clean, service was always prompt especially when we ran into trouble with the washing machine. Amenities that one needs away from... o que as pessoas dizem » home were all there. Gym, Pool & Jaccuzzi were also great. - Very spacious apartment, good for a family with children. Nice to have kitchen and washing machine and warm toilet seats :).

  I absolutely loved this hotel. All the staff made me feel so welcome.They made me feel like family. Everyone was incredibly helpful and friendly. The hotel itself is about a 4 minute walk from the Drum and Bell Tower. Ho Hai Park and Behai Park are also pretty close by. It is situated in surrounded by restaurants, hutongs and lots of sights! I woul... o que as pessoas dizem » d stay here again, and recommend it to others. - Wow...both my husband and I stated, at different times, that the Beijingwas quite possibly the best hotel we've ever stayed at. Period. Theservice was amazing, the ammenities were phenomenal, there is absolutelynothing we could have wanted that we didn't already have during ourstay. Will definitely recommend to friends and will definitely bestaying at again. Cheers to the wonderful staff!
