The price was super cheap, the service and amenities were far beyond the price! I was very impressed with the hotel and staff. There were several English speaking employees which was very helpful. The hotel is situated in a very nice are, within walking distance to the Square and Forbidden City. -

The staff do their best to make you feel good. They are always smiling and they spare no effort to serve well. Most of them we meet speak English and those who don't will try their best. The rooms were amazing spacious and with a very tasteful decoration. The charges were fare.

It's clean, the room is spacious, the staff are helpful (although they had a hard time speaking in English which seems to be the norm in Beijing).
The location (depending on your fitness, it's around 20-30 mins walk to Forbidden City and about 5-10 mins walk to Qianmen St. Market and I guess, 10-20 mins to the Temple of Heaven)

This hotel is in a great location for tourist very close for Forbidden City and shopping as well. The design is great and the rooms have wood floors, always a plus in China where carpet cleaning is not a top priority.

The staff were extremely helpful, especially front desk manager Thomas and Murphy in guest relations. They really helped us get along in a city where very few individuals speak English. Ambiance was very nice in lobby and pool. The food in their restaurants was expensive but very tasty - worth the money. -
