perfect location; in the middle between Old Town and Nanjing Road. Close to Pudong. Many small shops and restaurants of different classes in the neighbourhood... - Cleanliness. Great butler and bell boy service. Reception can be improved if they are a little friendlier. Housekeeping is great.

The hotel is very well located downtown, at a walking distance of many attractions. Rooms are clean and confortable. Staff is professional and efficient.Our room was supposed to be located at a lower floor but we asked for a quiet room and we have been upgraded to the 7th floor. The view was not so great, but the room was quiet (except for some no

The location of this hotel is amazing. It's not far from East Nanjing Road metro station. There is exchange machine in the lobby. The staff speak English and they are very friendly.
The room is cosy and has a bath, what is a really rare thing for China. I am sure that I will stay there every time I come to Shanghai.

The staff at the hotel were very good to me (father) and my 14 month old daughter who were travelling with my sister for for a few days, than on our own for a few more days. For the most part the facilities were very clean. Lobby and restaurant were very nice. Excellent location. I'd use this hotel again.

helpful and friendly, and the breakfast buffet was a pure treat...mostly

The hotel is in a good location close to the walking street and two metro stations.The units are modern,comfortable and well appointed & equipped.The breakfast was tasty with a wide variety of tastes catered for.Metro line 2 is very handy for both shanghai airports and fast intercity trains
