Family room was fantastic, (5 adults) large and comfy beds with a large lounge area. Staff very attentive (particularly Raoul) in catering to needs and providing helpful suggestions for trips. Close to wangfujing street with lots of shopping and less than 5 mins walk to metro. Decor of hotel very grand with beautiful staircases and impressive entrance! Would definitely recommend this hotel (and whole family would too!)

The staff were excellent. Very friendly and extremely helpful. On our first night there I misplaced my purse and the staff could not have done any more to help me find it quickly. They also helped entertain my baby son during check-in and check-out. The hotel has great restaurants too, we enjoyed tasty evening meals and breakfasts with a good choice for everyone.

The room was very comfortable; we very much enjoyed the luxury after a long backpacking trip. The spa (swimming pool, sauna) is included in the room rate and there is no additional charge. The spa facilities are well maintained and we made ample use of them. WiFi is fast and free. Staff is very friendly and helpful. -

The location was excellent. In the middle of the Hutong. We stayed in a traditional room which was very spacious. We also rented bicycles at the hotel, which made it very easy to visit the sights in Beijing.
From the airport we took the AIrport Express to Sanyuanqiao and then took a bicycle taxi, because we had read on letsbookhotel.com that car

of the city to stay to get a feeling of Chinese culture. Everyone speaks
English (thank god)! In a very nice touristy area in the oldest hutong
of beijing "Ju er" (next to the busiest and must see Hutong
Nanluoguxiang) need to take bus to nearest metro station. Very near
(walking distance) drum and bell towers. Many places to eat (restaurants
and fast food take away). Can also walk to Lama Temple and Confucius

Excellent location! This is the best part of Beijing to be in. Really close to many great things. Remember this is in the Hutong so it can be a little hard to find but once your their you are in for a treat. Amazing facilities and great staff. -

I requested a room on the east side as high as possible and was rewarded
with spectacular views over the cctv tower and beyond. Very stylish and
luxurious room with a big bath. Free wi-fi in room, too. -

I made the booking thru letsbookhotel.com and I really had very difficult time checking in, even after giving them the reservation/confirmation number, also it was supposed to be prepaid but the staff insisted it's not paid, however, I paid thru my HSBC card, C
