place is good,near to west lake. it is a good hostel.

the kichen isn't clean and food are so gracy.

Perfect location for walking around the lake and catching various buses. Very helpful and friendly staff. I would definitely stay there again - great value for money if you just want a clean place to sleep in a great location!

The breakfast was very greasy - I would eat elsewhere next time. No soap in the washroom, so we bought our own bar at a shop -- bring your own.

Good english speaking stuff (it's very important in China), free wi-fi, nice location

Location is cosy in a quiet street next to a school, with a nice yard. Rooms were clean. Staff speak english.

Shower does not dry up after use. Shower in the morning and the bathroom will still be wet when returning in the evening. Western breakfast options are bad and a bit expensive. Chinese was cheap but not available during our stay.
