Staff at this accommodation is so helpful and kind. It is hard to find
at first. The taxi we took from the airport (170rmb which was scam) can
not find the place he had to call the hotel and drop us at one of the
entrance. There are two entrances. There is no reception area for you to
go to. We couldn't find it. I grab one of the westerner who liv

Great location. The studio apartment is in a new building, and the
building is a part of a closed structure of approx. 10 buildings such as
this one. It is surrounded by a fence and there is a guard at the
entrance (nice) (It's not like it is unsafe neighborhood). Inside
there is a tennis court, and plenty of grass. Although it is not located
in the city center, it's 10 minutes walk from mtr station
(dongimen), than it takes about 4 stops to the Tiananmen square. The

Our family stayed here while vacationing with another family. Each family stayed in an apartment with the apartments in different buildings. The rooms were comfortable and convenient for people traveling with children. We had a fresh water dispenser, washer/dryer (with laundry soap), small kitchen with stove and fridge. So spacious...upgraded to 2 bedroom when my requested room was unavailable...2 huge bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living area, nicely appointed kitchen and laundry area... Excellent location. Home away from home for those with families (we had two children 12 and 9 years) clean room and brand new bathrooms, excellent service, next to metro, swimming pool for the August a blessing after a day out in Beijing, breakfast for two with reasonable variety and will cook eggs to your style, and real value for money if your going as a family. Our apartment had beautiful view of the iconic CCTV building.

The staff were incredibly polite and the service was impeccable. They were also very helpful in providing us with "local knowledge" of where to go have fun, have good food etc etc.
