Has family link to local bike shop which has excellent service, hire bikes and cafe. Restaurants in nearby old village really nice and within walking distance.

  Best hotel! The staff is superb, the rooms are so comfortable, the location is perfect, the food is great, and the whole experience was amazing. My boyfriend and I got stranded in the snow a couple of miles from Quebec City. When we called the hotel, the concierge sent someone out to help us. He was so kind and patient. The staff w - The location was perfect for a post cruise stay -- right across the street from the cruise ship. The room was truly fabulous: warm, inviting, comfortable, quiet. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly and the amenities were consistent with a 5 star hotel.

  All appliances were excellent. It was especially good to have a washer & dryer. Location was excellent in the old city within walking distance of sightseeing, shopping, supermarket & restaurants. The location was quiet and secure. Free Wi-Fi was great. - The Loft was fantastic. Everything was exceptionally clean, it offered a lot more space than any hotel room could provide, and the location was perfect. The Loft sits right on Rue St-Jean which is full of shops and restaurants. The street closes to autos in the evenings and weekend days which make it exciting. The location is also just a five to ten minute walk to everything within the walled city.

  Beautiful chateau, wonderful hosts, large yard with lots of shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Chicoutimi and the outlying area had endless activities to do. Nathalie helped us find many activities since she knows the area so well. Also we cannot say enough about the breakfasts which were 5 star!
