  The room was small but very comfortable. The colors in the room were muted, relaxing shades. Front desk person was very helpful, friendly. Had problems with the tv and the other front desk person came right to our room to assist us. (It was a very simple fix.) We were on the backside of the hotel so it was quiet. The office area was very clean at all times, and the breakfast supplies were readily available and fresh. We were given one of the freshly renovated rooms, which was very nice. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

  The rooms were clean, the A/C was working and when I had a problem of the smoke detector beeping, the manager was in within 10 minutes of my request to replace the battery. Also, even though I was beside a camping ground, it was very quiet at night. - We enjoyed a lot while our stay in this beautifull motel.   I liked, in a word, the price. In three, the price and free breakfast. It's a cheap, decently clean, decently comfortable, decently located motel. Expect that and nothing more and you won't be disappointed. Amenities included: fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Breakfast was simple, mainly being toast and cereal, but also included fruit, yogurt and hard boiled eggs. They're currently renovating - very relaxing and peaceful. The room and grounds were very clean and well maintained. The hotel is a great price and good location. We loved the pool and basketball net, The cleaning staff were very nice and did a great job. Breakfast was plentiful with cereal, toast, fresh fruit and yogurt. I would definitely stay here again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

  Very nice hotel, great value. Just off the main street, full of restaurants/shopping/etc. Hotel was clean, stayed in the Sleepy Bear room, cute !! Staff were very friendly/helpful. Breakfast was basic but very good. Will definitely stay here again and recommend this location. - Price, location, staff, breakfast.

  This establishment is owned by people who understand the meaning of cleanliness and customer satisfaction and do their utmost to follow it through. Free car parking. Friends went to a hotel on the falls and the room was no cleaner than ours and they paid 3 times the amount we did. We had a microwave, small bar fridge and coffee maker.The air condition worked well and there is excellent water pressure in the shower. The bed was comfortable.   I chose this place because I was trying to do Niagara Falls on a budget. I went in a little skeptical but was very impressed! The staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful, the room was clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the location was perfect-close enough to walk to the falls and Clifton hill but just far enough to be able t... o que as pessoas dizem » o justify eating a bowl of poutine! The room had a fridge and microwave, which was really helpful since I was traveling with my 11 month old. And the - Good hotel. We rented two single rooms for a week. Rooms have private bathes. Everything is clean. Rooms have TV (we have not tried it), and WiFi access, which is stable in some places in the room (near the window). Hotel is located in 15 min walk from the falls.The hosts are friendly, especially Khaled. Base package doesn't include room service, but it can be ordered for additional charge. This hotel can be recomennded as a chip place to stay for fiew days.
