the rooms were nicely sized and the hotel was close to everything. the staff was extremely nice we even stayed an extra night and they were able to accomodate us. - The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Room was clean, we would go back again!!

The pool was never crowded with kids. You could relax in quiet. Clean close to elevators. Close to falls and activities. Lots of parking. - Within walking distance to most attractions. Good Continental breakfast.

The hotel staff was extremely courteous - more so than many other hotels we have stayed at. The water park was also a big draw. - You can't go wrong with Best Western especially when you're travelling with kids!! The staff are very nice!!

Location was pretty great, walking distance to Clifton Hill and not too busy road which was nice. Maid service was very friendly and remembered all my requests and were polite and friendly. Loved Niagara falls hated the hotel
