Liked the fact that one had either a patio or a balcony as we like to have the option of some fresh air.
Even though our room faced the bar, we were unable to hear any noise.
Also appreciated the pool and especially the hot tub - wonderful after a day on the road.

I loved sitting in the garden atrium reading, it is a beautiful and relaxing spot. My husband and i had been on our motorbike coming from Jasper, having the hot tub and pool was a god send to our sore aching bodies. The staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We would definitely stay with you again. The room rates were well below the price we would have paid to stay in such a beautiful hotel

I stayed 3 days there. The suit was very nice; the views were outstanding and only 10 min walk from the left. I was booking standard room however I arrived late noon and they offer me suit with the same price. The room facility was good and the staffs were so kind and excellent. Located in the city centre. Lovely place, very clean Parking just behind the hotel but with charge. No food service in the lodge but there are many places to go and eat without driving. Grocery store just in front, self laundry service on site, Good restaurants in the area.

The hotel was of the excellent standard that you come to expect from
Sheraton. The room was very comfortable and I had a rather lovely view

Loved having my morning coffee on the balcony overlooking the wildlife marshland preservation area. Room was modern with all amenities. Grounds had beach area, pool area, gym, dock and boat rentals. Also beside yacht club. Lovely restaurant next door. -

Older motel, recently updated. Manager very friendly and an excellent host. First room he gave us had a plugged bathroom sink, he immediately moved us to another similar room, and had the first one fixed that same afternoon. -
Loved having two separate bedrooms. Allowed me to go to bed while the kids hung out and everyone had their privacy.

i liked the fact it was very quite, untill the next room slammed the door at 6.30aM, the one who complained at 8.30 pm that we had the fan running in the bathroom,, she needs help. it was a clean room with nice veiw and was not expensive. the staff was very freindly, would stay again. -

Our trip was to help our son relocate to Victoria from Edmonton. It took a few days to move into an apartment so they switched him to a room with kitchenette; (even on-site washer/dryer) with everything he ciuld have needed and spotlessly clean. The decor looked new, possibly just well maintained. Staff very friendly, gave us the room for a good weekly rate, great location just 5 minutes drive from Downtown. Would definitely return to this hotel.

Very nice place, pretty quaint, comfortable bed, great sized shower, friendly staff, very clean, huge balcony with nice chairs and a table, flat screen TVs, nice little kitchen that has everything you would need. Great (FREE) parking, storage for skis/snowboards, good location right on a chairlift. This would be a great place to stay in the winter

We had two rooms, both were excellent. The rooms were a good size with a good seating area and well equipped kitchen area, as well as the expected bed and bathroom. The small balcony was a nice addition. The room was clean and comfortable. Although well out of the village centre the free shuttle bus made the location inconsequential. We only stayed for one night but would have happily stayed for a week or more. The breakfast was a bit of a free for all but was more than adequate, and included

The price was cheaper than any other hotel in the area. They had a free breakfast included with your stay which included scrambled eggs, back bacon, cold and hot cereals, toast & English muffins and more.
We booked online and everything was ready for us to go to our room when we arrived. Staff were very friendly. The beds were very comfortable and the room was so clean. We would definatly recommend this place.

We stayed 2 nights, approximately 2 weeks apart. The first night the room was excellent and we were able to extend our check-out to accommodate a late flight which was very helpful. It was also very helpful that front desk staff assisted in printing boarding passes for our flights. -
