Staff were very helpful in finding a secured spot for parking when I arrived late as this was a weekend in Penticton that gets very busy with families.

We had the penthouse apartment. The space of having separate bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and the full kitchen and living room was fantastic for a family with 2 college-age kids + 1 5 year old. Great location . Awesome facilities and apartment just perfect . Come from Australia and we will be back to Vancouver and will stay here again for sure . We have stayed down on harbour before and this was much much better and cheaper .

The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. My room ( a deluxe king) was beautiful and spacious, with views into the forest. After a hard day of surf lessons, I had a wonderful sleep on the very firm bed. -

We had a two night stay in the Garden Chalet and it was truly amazing. Staff very friendly and helpful. The chalet was comfortable and clean, with a lovely hot tub and beautiful mountain views. For the money what I had was literally a nice apartment. The tub was amazing with its relaxing jets but as a shower it stunk.
