The room was big and comfortable, with a lovely view of the scenic lake. Everything was there I needed, including wifi and coffee-maker. The breakfast that was included was beyond the usual sweet bun and coffee... very nice! Staff were all helpful and allowed me to leave an item behind the desk so my cousin could pick it up later in the day. Stayed 2 nights in May but unfortunately it rained most of the time, but
we didn't let that spoil our stay too much! The view from the suite
is breathtaking over looking the inlet. The beaches are close by but you
need a daily park pass of $19.60 for a family, however the owners
provide you with an annual pass for your stay which we didn't
expect.

We loved the location, the view from our suite, the view across the road, the easy access to the Wild Pacific Trail, and the closeness to Long Beach. We found our hosts to be extremely helpful, and would gladly stay at Cygnet Cove Suites again.

Everything. I stayed for 5 nights in a 1 bedroom unit with balcony overlooking the mountains and a small kitchen. The location of the AlpenGlow hotel is great. right by the Village where everything happens!
The staff are very friendly and willing to help you choose the most suitable activity for you.
The room is very spacious and comfortable. We saved lots of money cooking our own meals at the kitchen of our room.
Building is very clean and well kept!
Great place to pass a little vacation with your friends!

Saw some reviews that weren't great, but we found everything to be wonderful. The restaurant has new chefs, and the food was terrific. It is a restful and quiet place at this time of the year - late November, and enough snow for cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, etc.

We had booked at Acker for the week but were upgraded to a suite w/ a kitchenette while we were travelling there. We were thrilled with the upgrade and the view was wonderful. Would definitely return! -

We were given a warm welcome on arrival and shown round the property. Facilities were good and the beds and rooms very comfortable. The views from the balcony where we had breakfast were lovely. The property is in a quiet location from town although it was a short car journey into Peachland where there were a variety of restaurants to eat. Break
