  The staff were super friendly and very accommodating. We had our 13 year old yellow Lab with us and the staff were very attentive and kind to her. The room was super clean, and comfortable. The breakfast had lots of choice and the food was really good. The cinnamon buns were great! We would choose to stay here again. We got some discount coupons as well (including 15% off Whitespot). There was a decent size pool and a waterslide which my four year old loved.   My husband and I stayed at the pinnacle for our two year anniversary. It was amazing as we've stayed at a few hotels downtown in the past. Best experience. We would love to come back in September for a date night as we have two children and as many know its nice to just get away for the night. I can't rave enough about the pinnacle and recommend it to all my family & friends:-) - The Hotel is located by the Lonsdale Quay and the very regular sea bus across to Vancouver. The accommodation was very good, quiet away from the noise of the city. There is a very good market nearby for food and other goods. A range of restaurants can be found over the road from the hotel. There a bus terminus in the same area for buses into West Vancouver and around North Vancouver and the city. The hotel staff were very helpful.

  Great hotel for a quick night en route to Jasper. Breakfast was nice, there was a swimming pool present. Rooms were very nice. Location is very convenient, right next to the highway. We didn't hear the highway anyway. - Excellent! Thanks!
