This is a very nice, modern Best Western property. The attention to detail including the pet treats and wipes in the lobby is a very nice touch and makes pet owners feel very welcome. The hot breakfast buffet offered a large variety of options beyond the common selection seen at most hotels. -

we were staying for a few days so it worked out great and we appreciated
the upgrade. We enjoyed the pool facilities and the restaurant which we
used a few times during our stay. Easy to get around --- liked the
layout of the facility --- lots of character and everything easy to use

The Hotel is located by the Lonsdale Quay and the very regular sea bus across to Vancouver. The accommodation was very good, quiet away from the noise of the city. There is a very good market nearby for food and other goods. A range of restaurants can be found over the road from the hotel. There a bus terminus in the same area for buses into West Vancouver and around North Vancouver and the city. The hotel staff were very helpful.

The view was unsurpassed. They dropped off a newspaper for us and had a hot coffee station down the hall which was lovely. Very quiet air con room as it was 36c outside. Stunning location on the lake. Most friendly and helpful staff. Food and service in the restaurant was superb. Great place to relax and unwind after weeks of travelling. It's the best kept secret in Kelowna.

The room was attractive and very clean and roomy. We had a balcony with a mountain view and a microwave/fridge kitchenette stocked with dishes. I loved the bed and linens! Room was spacious and comfortable. Loved having a fridge and kettle. Loved that I could go out on the large balcony and there was seating and a table. Also was happy that I could smoke on the balcony. I don't mind not smoking in the room but was very happy I didn't have to leave the hotel to have a smoke -

Luxurious beds, terrific shower + a great breakfast in the morning. It was so clean, quiet and comfortable I didn't want to go home. As a bonus there are lots of handy amenities within easy walking distance (restaurants, grocery, bank, drugstore).
