The first thing that impressed us was the attentive and accommodating staff. Then it was the cleanness if the hallways and rooms. We also thought the design and the colour palettes were pleasing, restful, and reflective of a seashore setting. Finally. Very quiet air con room as it was 36c outside. Stunning location on the lake. Most friendly and helpful staff. Food and service in the restaurant was superb. Great place to relax and unwind after weeks of travelling. It's the best kept secret in Kelowna.

The location is superb - looking out onto the ocean - and the lodge has its own private beach. Relaxing in the large, supremely comfortable lounge looking out on the beautiful scene ( as the rain poured down!) with endless supplies of coffee or tea was a real treat and a memorable one.

I thought the staff was great - VERY helpful in regard to a number of things, particularly where to find things I was looking for (good dinner & breakfast spots, how to get to the lifts and which way to go to get coffee on the way, etc.). The facilities were nice - it would have been great to be a couple and have the lovely spa tub right there in the main room to enjoys each other's company with the fireplace, view, television handy, etc.
