  The staffs are very friendly! There's a microwave in the room that we use for warming water. The location is around 7 mins by driving to the ferry port before so we can reach there easily before continue our traveling to Victoria by ferry. The price is good and it includes the Breakfast that's nice and warm atmosphere as well. While travelling with our dog, I suffered a fractured ankle and ended up on crutches and in an air cast. Everyone from front desk, cleaning staff and breakfast service staff were very accommodating. We also stayed in the Best Western in Salmon Arm on our way to Squamish from Calgary & Sicamous on our trip home to Calgary. Planning a trip this summer from Calgary to Ottawa and will do Best Western all the way and home.   The hotel was very clean. The beds were the most comfortable we had ever slept on. We had a great little seating area just outside our room so we could put the kids to bed and still enjoy our visit with out monitor plugged in. We don't have a single complaint. - We used the hotel on our way to Jasper/Banff and were more or less 'in transit'.   The whole family loved the waterslide. The rooms were clean and spacious enough for a hotel room. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was good but there is no protein provided. We had brought a bag of pre-cooked bacon and would heat it in the microwave each morning. We had a few curious looks from other guests wondering ... o que as pessoas dizem » where the bacon came from. The in-room bar fridges have a small freezer which came in handy. - The hotel was great - not too fancy but clean and tidy - nice breakfast in the morning and kids had fun on the waterslide - the price was great and allows you to stay again - we will rebook for July! And passed booking information on to our friends and family to stay in July as well! Nice that it is pet freindly although we didnt bring ours it helps a lot of people travelling. The staff (Joan) was very helpful and friendly!
