Attentiveness of the hostess in everything what she offers to the guests - exceptional breakfast accompanied by a little vaudeville. You never get it in big hotels.
The Edith Piaf songs by Coleen McLaren, owner of the B&B, as entertainment at the breakfast table. All and all a very enjoyable stay.

Room was far to small and had no furniture other than two beds. We were not advised that there were 3 flights of stairs to negotiate with luggage ,and the shared bathtub was also unsuitable for use seniors or anyone with a minor disability, due to it height.
