My husband and I stayed here for two nights (July 13-15). It was as if we were staying with family and I mean that in a very good way. The owner was helpful, and very accommodating. He even picked us up at the Coach bus depot. The beds were comfortable, the room was quite spacious, and the hotel was in a very quiet area. When we were going to present our online confirmation papers to the front desk clerk she was rather abrupt and said she didn't need the paper just our I.D. She was a little too short with us which I didn't find very professional.

Falls view was exactly what you would want. Bruce was especially
sensitive to our handicapped sister's needs and upgraded our room.
The staff was helpful and gave us useful info and service. Facility was

even has a window you can crack open to here the roar of the falls.

days. Did Journey behind the falls, Butterfly & Aviary Houses,
Clifton Hill area. Drove the Niagara Pkwy from hotel to Niagara on the
Lakes very cool scenery. Kelsey's was a good place to eat. Sky wheel
