  The motel is located in a small town approx. 2 miles from Niagara Falls. A perfect location in our opinion - close enough to do whatever we wanted in the city and far enough away not to have the noise and traffic. The room was clean and the beds comfortable.   The room was newly renovated, neat and clean. Rooms are equipped with a kitchen and wireless internet. Bed was comfy. An easy-to-get-to, quiet location within walking distance to casino, falls, Skylon Tower, shopping, and restaurants. Really comfortable.   I liked that it was close to everything. The price was good. I liked they had a pool would have brought our bathing suits but weren't told they had one - Rooms were clean. Price of $75 was good for August. Close to Clifton Hill.
