We enjoyed the king size bed that was quite comfortable. Also the grounds were very beautiful, and quiet to relax in. The jaccuzzi in our room was very relaxing and the one outdoors was large enough for us both fit into it together. We were in walking distance from the Niagara falls.

My husband & I do not travel that much so we wanted a place to stay with good amenities at a reasonable rate. We liked this location and the hosts were extremely pleasant.
Good position to walk to the falls. Private parking.
The breakfast was sometimes not filling, it lacked protein some mornings. The jaccuzzi in our room was not large enough for two. I wished I had a bedside table on both sides of the bed as well. We had to walk up hill, to get back from the Niagara falls.
We had been out in the rainy weather all day and were looking forward to a nice hot Jacuzzi bath. We were very disappointed to find that the water was only lukewarm. This may be a nice place to stay in the summer when the weather is warmer.
We were a bit disappointed because we didn't meet the owners.
