Everything! Very courteous and professional staff. Very accommodating and helpful Excellent decor. Rooms were beautiful and spotless. Bedding was wonderful - excellent linens and soft duvet. Loved the restaurant too (Bianco/Nero) - excellent italian food! No complaints. -

We spent 4 nights in the Nelligan and rate this amongst the best of our hotel experiences anywhere.
Rooms were spacious and well furnished (exposed brickwork is very stylish). All of the staff we spoke to were extremely helpful and spoke both French and English fluently. It's well situated in Old Montreal (you'll need their valet parking which is

We loved the feel of the hotel and the way it had been renovated to keep the charm of the exposed bricks and stone. The staff were outstanding and very helpful. The hotel is located right in the heart of Old Montreal and it is within easy walking distance of great restaurants, bars, art galleries, historic sights and the waterfront. We look forward to staying there again and again.

The staff was amazing. We traveled to the hotel for a weekend away for our daughter's 16th birthday and went for the Justin Timberlake concert. We found out once we got there he had postponed the concert and it basically ruined the whole mood for the weekend. We had driven 600 km to see the concert and stay in the city to shop and the ticket co

My husband and I were travelling with our daughter, her husband, toddler and baby and the hotel was very accommodating to our needs and provided us with adjoining rooms as requested. The pool was a hit with our grandson.
