The location is excellent (Old Montreal) - a few minutes walk from Notre Dame Basilica, nice bars and restaurants. The apartment is very clean and spacious. Kokila, our contact person, and the owner who has a gift shop down the street aroud the corner were so friendly. Will consider staying at the place again when we visit Montreal in the future.

We loved the feel of the hotel and the way it had been renovated to keep the charm of the exposed bricks and stone. The staff were outstanding and very helpful. The hotel is located right in the heart of Old Montreal and it is within easy walking distance of great restaurants, bars, art galleries, historic sights and the waterfront. The convenience of little things to eat or drink if needed. Being back in time and yet, just in the middle of all the life happening in the old port. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The had great recommendations, was very detailed with directions/maps and also were fluent in English. While it's not the newest hotel (not luxury) the bed was very comfortable, the rooms large and the pool/hot tub very nice.

The Custom King room was excellent! The kitchen was well equiped it came with plates and cups..Room service was also good I had to asked for Robes & they came & give it to us in the room.
