The Motel is rather old, but the room was clean and quite comfortable. The heart shaped Jacuzzi was the most comfortable and longest one we've seen. We are both tall and always found the corner jacuzzi's to be really small and uncomfortable. There was also a gas fireplace in the room.

The location was perfect. On the river and bike path and bike train! Quiet and relaxing. Super accommodating. As tandem cyclists, Joe matched us to a main level corner unit. They also kept our bags on checkout so we could extend our bike ride with a friend to Queenston Heights. Also recommended a $1.95 breakfast! Great help. But the coolest feature was looking out our picture window at a 70 foot Buddhist pagoda!? Also used the refreshing outdoor pool to cool off.

I have stayed here several times and ended up staying here 9 days on this visit. All members of the staff are professional, friendly and work hard to make their guests feel valueed. The hotel is 3 kms from the Falls,overlooking the river and nicely removed from all the noise of Clifton Hills, yet just a nice walk away. The rooms are modern, clean

4th floor king rooms are spacious, very clean (Hampton bedding change policy is excellent), modern and well-appointed with small fridge, mirowave, free WiFi and good desk space.
Ample free parking is provided and the complimentary hot buffet offers a good range of food.
Coffee is always available.
The WeGo public transit system stops outside the front door so you can leave your car and take a bus to the Falls, if you don't want to walk (about 30 minutes).

Two bed rooms are great for those who want a budget option but a step up from a dorm. Well equipped and clean throughout, with the little touches that make a difference like space to hang/put clothes and towel while in the shower and individual bed lights (in 2 bed rooms, didn't see dorms!). We stayed in the Windsor room which was like walking into a luxurious hideaway! The room was absolutely perfect with a 4 poster bed, massive sitting area and a spa bath. What more could you want!

The Bedham B&B is in a great location, the room was clean and parking is free. We received plenty of towels and 2 robes. There is also a fireplace in every room. The host was wonderful and cooked an amazing breakfast. The dinning room has multiple tables. You do not have to dine with strangers. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

Very charming an cozy house with the feeling of centurary. First time experience with B&B. Children loved it, so do my husband and me. The private breakfast served by Carolyn herself was wonderful.
