The location is great for exploring Vancouver. It's a short walk to
Gastown, Chinatown, Canada Place and one block from Robson Street, with
its many varied cafes and stores. From the airport, you simply take the
Skytrain to Vancouver City Centre Station; it's a 10 minute walk to
the Sandman along Georgia Street. The tv channels included bbc World.

The elevators were fast and we never had to wait long. A good,
convenient hotel for a short stay. -
Staff were very helpful! I was travelling alone for the first time so felt really lonely and a bit scared, when I arrived at the hotel, the reception staff were very friendly and helpful! My room was cleaned daily and the cleaning staff again were very friendly, and were accommodating considering some days I didn't leave my room til 2pm! Would def stay there again! Close to the Main Street and within minutes of the sky train!!!

Well positioned, easy reach to Skytrain, two blocks. Easy walking distance to many restaurants, multiple cuisines. Close to shops and malls. Across the road from BC Centre for attendance at major sporting events and 5 mins walk to Rogers Arena for concerts etc -

Staff was helpfull, we were first time visiters to Canada and they gave
us great recomendations about where to eat, and what to do in bc. Wanted
to say an extra special Thank You to Glen A. for taking such good care
of us and helping us find great affordable eats and entertainment. We
were on a week long road trip and stayed at 5 hotels in 7 days

Superb location! My daughter and I had gone to a concert and the Rosedale is less than 2 blocks from the venue. Also, right next to all the shops on Robson, which my daughter really liked. When we arrived we learned that we had been upgraded to a one bedroom suite on the 18th floor, which was very nice and quiet. On site parking at a reasonable day rate is another plus. The hotel is very easy to get to as well - especially important for me as I am not from Vancouver and do not like driving

Good location, although not quite downtown Vancouver, but only a 20
minute stroll to Canada Place. $8 taxi ride. The hotel itself is well
appointed and felt more 4 star than 3. The rooms are spacious compared
to European standards and well equipped, coffee maker kettle,
fridge/freezer and dishwasher in the handy kitchenette. Queen beds
were very comfortable and maid service excellent.

The hotel staff were very friendly, the rooms were immaculate and I loved the Jacuzzi tub! We wished that we could have enjoyed the complimentary wine tasting, but time was not on our side so we had to miss it. We would definitely stay here again!

Visit Vancouver for several years and also stay at different hotel in downtown, Blue Horizon is my favorite. Stay there more than three times, staff is very kind and helpful, price is reasonable, room is big and clean, facility is convenience and comfort. We enjoyed the room, food and the courteous staff. We found the location to be central to everything we wanted to do. The proximately to Granville Island markets and stores was really enjoyable and was easily accessed. We loved the food aand the pricing. The service from every member of the staff was more than adequate. -
