Charming ambiance complimented by the delightfully amiable and caring young lady at the front desk who kindly answered any questions we had. Breakfast was delicious, and the server was pleasant. - Our room looked like it had just been remodelled with 5* quality. For an old building it was First Class. My boyfriend and I got stranded in the snow a couple of miles from Quebec City. When we called the hotel, the concierge sent someone out to help us. He was so kind and patient.
