How quiet my room was. I was close to the elevators and was afraid that noise would keep me up, but I could hardly hear the hallway. I also liked that my thermostat was extremely adjustable and quick to respond. The stay was a stress free experience. The staff recommended places to go for night entertainment and we enjoyed a good evening without effort. The room was clean and very comfortable and the continental breakfast was enjoyable. I would definitely stay there again. -

I had forgotten a very special bracelet in the bathroom. I called and thankfully it had been found! They sent it in the mail to me and I had it within a couple days. Amazing customer service! -

We had an overnight stay with an early morning flight. Comfort, good shower and internet access in a quiet location were priorities. We also wanted a couple of hours at West Edmonton mall for shopping. The excellent friendly and helpful staff capped off a stay that fulfilled all of our requirements; in fact exceeded our expectations. -

Very easy to get to and from the main highway and a short way from the West Edmonton Mall. Lots of free parking, free wifi, with comfortable clean, well appointed rooms. There are nice linens, soaps and updated bathrooms. Bar fridge and coffee machine is handy. Staff most helpful and friendly. -

Very nice hotel right in the heart of Edmonton, the chop restaraunt was very good, with very friendly staff, all in all, pleasant stay, would recommend to others, thanks for keeping a clean hotel. -

Just kidding on the beach. Look, I stay at the delta because its a
manageable walk form the courthouse and is better priced than the
Westin. It works for me. Less expensive hotels are farther away and
for $20 more, the delta is certainly worth it. Plus I like the

The room was very large and having a full kitchen and full size table was a plus for the cost of the room. We had 3 adults and 2 teen agers staying in our room and we did not feel cramped for space at all. The view was great. Room was very clean and staff were accomodating and friendly. Free parking and in a secure parkade was awesome as well. -

We were very pleased to find our breakfast was included in our room rate. The dinning room was very neat and clean the tables were well set up. The breakfast was fresh with lots of choices. I was impressed with the amount of fresh fruit offered.
We were at the hotel for a family celebration which was held at the conference centre. Our meal was very impressive and the service was very good.
