  I liked the staff at the front desk. They were very polite and very helpful. I liked the big bottles of shampoo, bath gel and lotion. There were 3 of us in the room and we didn't have to worry about running out. All of the front desk staff were personable and helpful, and readily directed me to places I needed to go.   How quiet my room was. I was close to the elevators and was afraid that noise would keep me up, but I could hardly hear the hallway. I also liked that my thermostat was extremely adjustable and quick to respond.
