  Stayed in many hotels in Plovdiv. Novotel is by far the best. The upper floors has a nice city view. The receptionists were very helpful. - Good position. Friendly, informative front-desk staff. Nice design and amenities. OK value for money if you catch a discount.

  The location & general situation of the hotel were superb, the food was excellent, and the staff worked very hard to accommodate us. [We were a group of 7 people--question 2 above did not cover it; and we were in Plovdiv for a wedding.] The Hotel Exotic was a great choice for us. - The hotel is good, the pool is also good.
