A diamond of the city!!!!the best behavour I have ever met ,3 years I am visiting bulgaria for bussines.very nice design,very professional and extremely friendly staff and owners,unbeliavable tastefoul flavours in the restaurant with unbeatable prices and xxxxlarge quantities (try the desert crema with caramel!!!)totally excellent!!!!!this hotel is new and fresh ,with the best staff !!!!I suggest everybody visit bulgaria ,make a stop and stay at Ioakims hotel ,next time you will have a reason t.

Very quite and nice area to organise business meeting or just visit town.Close to international road E79 and not far from town center. Definitely will stay again. Standard tourist class hotel - if you want to stay and visit Rila monastery and Rila mountains. Clean and nice rooms with aircon, bathroom, parking places in front of hotel - Nothing to complaint about. But I am surprised by enthusiastic remarks on letsbookhotel.com - this hotel is rather standard one not very special... All perfect, a new hotel, very clean, with very nice views of the city, comfortable, friendly, family run, excellent staff, good breakfast, comfortable space for parking, and ultimately very economical for what it offers! Will definitely go back!!. You can really feel the family atmosphere, care and professionalism of the staff. Although the hotel is perfect for the transit travelers (to Greece), for us it was a transit as well as a temporary family residence. Just perfect!. We were so pleasantly surprised with the hotel, it's new and spotlessly clean. Our twin bedded room was a good size with a nice view over the city and a balcony - the price at 23eu just can't be beaten. Good location on top of the hill, easy to find from main road (but check on map before:), nice clean new hotel, very good staff, 24h reception, 1.00am arriving was no problem, nice breakfast. A strange neighborhood- block of flats, an under contruction building, a vacant land in near proximity - althrough presented at 1 km from city center the area doesn ' look like a semi central one. If you don't plan to explore by foot the area all above can't be considered problems. The location (Blagoevgrad) is not very good for tourists. tricky to get to until you know the way! so get proper instructions before you start or have a satnav. Ugly surrounding. The bathroom is "Bulgarian style" - without a specified place for shower; so when showering - all the bathroom got wet. location. No window blinds. Poor breakfast. A little bit far from the center, perfect if you go with a car. A bit far from the city center. Too far from city center. Bad smell in the room probably from previus smoker occupant also at the moment of my arrival and before i leave my luggage down they asked me to pay in advance.This made me a very bad impression.
