In fact we stayed in the appartments of the hotel, because it was said that on the day of our arrival they had a problem with the internet, so they did n't see our booking, so they kindly took us to the appartments. - A good and new hotel, close to the ski lift. Friendly staff, nice spa center.

Excellent facilities, quite a good location. - The spa facilities at this hotel are excellent. The indoor pool is huge. Bansko in summer is very quiet but you can visit the Pirin National Park for superb scenery and walks. Front desk staff very helpful. Overall very good value for money.

Very enjoyable and pleasant stay and great service. I have stayed before in Bansko but now that i have been to Royal Towers will not book anywhere else. Great location and high quality room.
