I stayed one night only. The owners (Jenna and her son) were friendly, welcoming,and very helpful. The suite was very clean, smelt lovely. They are wonderful caring people who would attend any of your request. Everything is perfect, from the location to the cleanliness. The room is really cosy with a great view of Balchik. Would recommend to others and would stay again. - Very clean; - Everything was brand new: furniture, utilities, beddings - you can tell that a lot has been invested in this place; - Quiet neighborhood and at the same time close to interest zones (beach, shops); - Very nice porch where you can enjoy a drink in the evening; - Owner was friendly and speaks English;.

Brilliant location, the place itself is beautiful and modern, very realistic to the photos, showers were lovely, very clean, the staff were friendly but didn't speak English at all...!. Staff was more than welcoming. Breakfast - delicious and almost uneatable! Very modern furniture in the room. The yard of the hotel is clean and looks nice. Free and safe parking. We were made to feel very welcome. Very peaceful location. Superb breakfast. The steep hill down to town requires fitness, but the views and quiet make it worthwhile. The room was very clean and the furniture looked like new, the whole house looked very nice. It is a great place to relax and have some peace and quiet. Very warm welcome there, really appreciate the host's efforts to make us feel comfortable !. The house is new, very clean and stylish furnished. The location is peaceful and quiet. Some minor issues: - The shower had no cabin - a little uncomfortable to have water on the bathroom floor after taking a shower; - No anti-bug nets at the windows. Balcony with a view overlooking the sea, however, there is also a barren field in front and the sea is kind of far We had a private bath but not in the bath, but on the hallway a little far away from the beach. We wanted to use the kitchen but when we cooked we were watched and she often kept trying to "help" But it was very awkward and wouldn't really leave us to it. But her heart was in the right place! The area was a little bit touristy but better than varna or bourgas. If you walk a little further down the beach it's beautiful. Bathroom is outside of the room. Very dirty around the corner (next street) of the hotel, a lot of gypsies are living there and it might be dangerous to walk in a darkness or alone. The shower doesn't have a cabin and it can be uncomfortable having water all over the bathroom floor. Our room dindnt have a separate bathroom, but other rooms in the building have this facility.
